Fatherhood is Physical, whether you're
- Helping your partner through labor by supporting her body for hours – without your muscles giving out in the first hour
- Squatting or bouncing your baby up and down to keep them happy – while avoiding shoulder and lower back pain
- Lifting your baby out of the tub or up off the floor or for a diaper change – and hoping your back doesn’t give out
- Walking for hours with your baby attached to you – and still having energy to be you at the end of the day.
What You’ll Get
FitFaj is a weekly training plan delivered over email that starts now and ends just before your baby's due date. You'll have the opportunity to reach out to us directly with questions from that email.
Our plans get you started from wherever you are today (whether couch-bound or an athlete), and take you through from flexibility, to fitness, to strength.
Bottom line, we’ll help you find the strength you need to support your partner, your baby, and yourself as you embark on the adventure of dadhood.
What FitFaj Isn't
We’re not going to get you ready for a marathon, or jacked for The Jersey Shores. But we will help you get flexible, strong, and healthy to make sure life with your new baby is awesome.
We won't overwork you, and we'll aim for things that help you build strength and flexibility in a sustainable way, to reduce the chance of injury and support faster recovery.
